The creations of our team of culinary artists headed by Executive chef Freddy Kaiser continue to enthuse critics and guests alike and have won us numerous awards.
Choice products of the region are carefully prepared and cooked to perfection, then served in pleasant maritime surroundings by our expert staff. Our well- stocked wine cellar beckons with exquisite vintages.
"Le Bateau" is open daily from 12.00 to 14.00 hours and from 18.00 through 22.00 hours. From 11 October 2009 through March 2010, our Restaurants will be closed on sunday nights.
From May 1st, 2010, smoking is no longer permitted in any of the restaurants. Smokers are welcome in our bar "Le Papillon", which is a designated smokers's lounge.
