What is Public Wireless LAN?
Our partner Swisscom Mobile offers wireless high- speed internet access in all hotel rooms, seminar rooms as well as all public facilities in and around the hotel. With your WLAN- ready notebook you may connect at speeds up to 2 Mbit/s.
When starting your internet browser, the entry page of this hotspot opens. If another default page is set on your browser, turn to www.pwlan.ch and follow the instructions on- screen. For further information, turn to www.swisscom-mobile.ch/pwlan
Payment
Swisscom Mobile customers with a Natel® acccount enter their mobile phone number and will receive an sms message with a personal entry code on their mobile phone. WLAN usage will be charged to the monthly mobile phone bill.
Non- customers enter either their credit card details or may purchase a value card at the front desk. Value cards may be bought for certain intervals, either using a one- time log-in, in which case the time will run from the first log- in or multiple log-ins, allowing you to to log in and off until the credit is used up. Unused credits may be used at any one of more than 1000 hotspots throughout Switzerland. For further information, please refer to the instruction manual in your room. Please note that this hotspot is not operated by us ourselves, and that we can offer only limited assistance in case of problems.

Tariffs with a NATEL® or DSL subscription for residential customers (without additional data price plan)
Public Wireless LAN is included with every NATEL® subscription. All pre-paid subscriptions (NATEL® Easy) are excluded. Customers with a NATEL® or DSL subscription are invoiced on a monthly basis.

Value Cards are available at all hotspots, in the Swisscom Shop or in the Online Shop.
When registering, use the credit card to select the credit you require and simply enter your card number.
It is only possible to pay with Value Cards or credit cards at Swisscom hotspots in Switzerland.
